Everybody Loves Tapas, a combination of great food, great company and not forgetting ….great wine!

TAPAS is an integral part of the Spanish lifestyle with the word Tapa meaning the Spanish for cover or lid. Tapas are similar to appetisers or starters and the “Tapa” was originally a slice of cured ham placed over a glass of sherry to keep insects from entering the glass.

Eating in a relaxed and sociable environment, our new tapas menu boasts a sumptuous selection of authentic freshly prepared Tapas dishes from Spain and around the world.  Simply perfect enjoyed with our delicious Spanish wines, sangría and chilled beers.

The passion and the knowledge driving the creation of our food come from Nick’s numerous trips to Spain where he marvelled at the sociability of Tapas eating. This coupled with his love of wine he decided to create a marriage of the two with Bacco’s Tapas bar. (Bacco was his rugby nickname and rather spookily also the Greek God of Wine!!) The fundamental part of the social ambience of Bacco’s is the idea is that everyone enjoys tasting great food and wine and sharing in a unique eating experience.

Pizza Menu – All Week

Throughout the week we have an extensive pizza menu made in our authentic Italian stone baked oven. Everyday we start with the freshest and the finest ingredients, no preservatives, no additives, just fresh natural pizzas bursting with flavour.

Our pizzas are available for take away, so pop in and choose a great bottle of wine to accompany it while you wait for your freshly prepared pizza.
