This fine example of vintage Champagne is made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay sourced from over 60 villages situated mainly in the Montagne de Reims and the Côtes des Blancs. Matured for over 5 years before release, the wine has had time to develop a superbly rich biscuity flavour and a long, full-bodied finish.
